Glas-Denbury

Overview

Glas-Denbury was born in 2013, after I had run a music fundraising event for the local school the year before. I knew exactly what kind of festival I wanted to create for everyone; I am passionate about where I live, passionate about the people here and I feel extremely lucky to live here. I wanted to share this with everyone and showcase the incredible talent the South West produces in everything from the arts; Music, Poetry, Entertainment, to the food, crafts, capability of people and so much more. I was determined to make Glas-Denbury a “platform for passion” and give opportunity to as many people, organisations and companies as I could.

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access
We provide an accessible viewing area by each stage. Please note though that this will mean you are very close to the speakers and higher noise levels. Space will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal assistants, please note that you are welcome to use these areas as well when accompanying a disabled access guest.

Short Distances

Short distance
Accessible parking is only intended for Blue Badge holders although if you feel you would be unable to attend the event without accessible parking and do not have a Blue Badge please contact us. The campsite is across the car park on a rough, concrete track so we have crew available to assist between the arena and campsite if needed. Please bear in mind we are busy assisting a lot of people on site so we respectfully ask you to be patient when waiting for assistance.

Access To Toilets

Access To Toilets
Accessible toilets will be situated both in the arena and the campsite. These toilets are regularly cleaned and serviced. We do actively discourage non-disabled customers from using these facilities, however the toilets are not locked or guarded and so we respectfully ask PAs/Carers with disabled customers not to use these toilets. We always strive for the highest standards, and have a wonderful crew who strive to keep toilets clean on site throughout the weekend. But we would ask you to bear in mind that this is not a sanitised environment. Should you find a toilet in an unsatisfactory condition please inform a member of staff.
