The office will be closed from 4:30pm on Friday 21st December until 9am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
Applications submitted over the Christmas period will be processed so you can start using your number straight away. There will be an unavoidable delay in getting the physical cards out to you.
If you have any queries about your application or your Access Card, please in the first instance drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org make sure to include your name, phone number and reference number, if possible. This mailbox will be monitored over the break
