We hope you are all having a lovely festive time over the Christmas period, our team are busy eating too many mince pies and working hard to make sure everyone has their Access Cards delivered in time for Christmas.
The office itself will be closed from midday 22nd December to 9am on the 2nd January.
We will continue to process all applications received over the break, meaning that we can get all complete applications live on the system and ready for using at a wide range of venues across the UK with just your card number. Your physical card will be printed and posted first thing in the New Year.
Voicemail, emails and social media messages will all be monitored but please be aware there may be a slight delay in responding.
