Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access
Visitors who require a +1 are able to access the viewing platform, as long as they have their +1 pass with them. Visitors who require access to the viewing platform, who don't require a Personal Assistant, should contact the festival staff using, There is an Accessible Campsite, which is situated on flat ground. A maximum of 6 people may camp in one pitch at one time and there are restrictions on the spaces allocated to each group. In addition, charging points for electric wheelchairs are located in the Accessible Campsite.

Short Distances

Short distance
There are accessible parking spaces available at the festival. Parking tickets will need to be purchased in order to use the spaces. These can be bought through the Ticketline or upon arrival. It is recommended to travel by car due to distances and areas with steep hills. Visitors, who have difficulty with mobility, travelling by public transport can book a Festaxi. This should be done in advance using the email: Only vehicles with a blue badge can park in the Accessible Campsite area, if there is available space and if your tent and car fit in the 7m x 5m pitch size. Other accessible parking spaces are located next to the Accessible Campsite.
Please note, there are some restrictions on where the Festaxi can go on the camp site so please be prepared if you are unable to walk long distances.

Access To Toilets

Access To Toilets
Accessible toilets can be found throughout the campsite, including the viewing platforms. In order to access the toilets, a code must be collected from the on-site Disability Access Team. This is because the accessible toilets are padlocked. Accessible showers are also located in the Accessible Campsite

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs
Assistant dogs are welcome at the festival. Visitors are required to contact the festival staff directly beforehand, and evidence will need to be given, for example, the Dogs' ID book to ensure that you can take your assistant dog with you.
