Access Card notes
The Access Card with the Queuing Symbol can be used as proof of eligibility for a Ride Access Pass, which will allow you up to three accompanying helpers to enter via the ride exit area for ease of access. Email the venue in advance with proof of your Access Card and ID to obtain the Ride Access Pass
A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application. Access guidance
- We have a queue Assist Policy to enable guests who are unable to queue priority access on to our rides.
- Nearly all paths are flat and are tarmac surfaced. All restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible. Manual wheelchairs are available to hire from our Ticket Office free of charge. Please note wheelchair hire must be pre-booked. You can do this by emailing
- There is a special car parking area nearer to the main entrance for blue badge holders. We cannot always guarantee a space and therefore it is important to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
- There are ample toilet facilities for guests with disabilities.
- Admittance is allowed for registered, fully trained assistance dogs.
- Please be aware that we have a number of photo opportunities across the Resort. Here is a list of rides that have on-ride photography which will include photo flash - Tidal Wave, Dino Jeeps, Twister, Maximus. Please note that our live entertainment shows may have theatrical/show/strobe lighing and/or flash photography.
