In Walt Disney Studios Park, the queues for attractions are wheelchair accessible; this is also the case for some attractions in Disneyland Park (Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Princess Pavilion and Meet Mickey Mouse).

We advise all visitors to check the weather report and dress appropriately.

For attractions that require you to move your wheelchair to an attraction vehicle. Our Cast Members are not permitted to help visitors get out of their wheelchair. For some attractions, visitors must be able to move independently and climb stairs.

In Walt Disney Studios Park, the queues for attractions are wheelchair accessible; this is also the case for some attractions in Disneyland Park (Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Princess Pavilion and Meet Mickey Mouse).

Please ask a Cast Member about the provision of a transfer board to facilitate boarding and disembarking from your wheelchair (available at selected attractions only, see Accessibility Plans).

Specially adapted vehicles: You can board the attraction vehicle directly with your wheelchair. Please visit our website for more information.

At certain attractions, Guests will need to:
- Transfer from the wheelchair to the attraction vehicle, either alone or with the help of their accompanying person. - Transfer from the wheelchair to the attraction vehicle within a limited time. These attractions are identified with the symbol T in the Disney Parks Accessibility Maps.

Adapted minibuses are only available to Guests using a wheelchair with no autonomy. If you are using a wheelchair, you can request the accessible minibus. It serves as a shuttle bus between Disney Parks and your Disney Hotel (except Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch). Just ask at reception in your Disney Hotel, at City Hall in Disneyland Park, at Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios or at the Disney Express counter on the first floor of the TGV/RER train station. Exploring all of Disneyland Paris is easy and convenient. The free Disneyland Paris shuttle service travels between all Disney Hotels (excluding Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch) and the Disney Parks are wheelchair accessible.

Manual wheelchairs and strollers/pushchairs are available to rent in both Disney Parks. Subject to availability, no pre-booking possible. A deposit is required for this paid service.

Please note, hire is free for Annual Dream Passport holders (deposit required).

All Disneyland Paris shops are wheelchair accessible. Some Disney Parks shops also have accessible fitting rooms.

All Disneyland Paris table-service restaurants are wheelchair accessible. In self-service restaurants, waiting areas are not always wheelchair accessible.

All of our hotels cater for mobility-impaired guest.

Designated parking spaces are available for Guests with disabilities. To access these spaces, simply show your Blue Badge or your European disabled parking badge upon arrival at the car park payment booth. Only a limited number of designated spaces are available. The motor home car park also has designated disabled parking spaces. Throughout the resort, accessible parking spaces are clearly marked with a wheelchair symbol.

All our toilets can be accessed by Guests with reduced mobility. They are also equipped with flashing warning lights that will be activated in the event of an evacuation. If an adult or child (over 3 years of age) with a disability needs changing, please go to one of the Parks’ First Aid Centres.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at Disneyland Paris. Guests accompanied by a service animal must keep their animal under control at all times and keep it on a lead or harness whilst in the Disney Parks and Hotels.

If you plan to visit Disneyland Paris with a service animal, please make sure you have up-to-date travel documents with you (proof of vaccination, documented proof that the animal is an assistance animal). These will need to be presented when you check in to your hotel or at the entrance to the Disney Parks. We recommend you bring a bowl so that your dog can drink regularly throughout the day. Access Card accepted as proof when registering for a Priority Card. With a Priority Card you and an accompanying person are also entitled to a 25% discount on your Park Ticket or Annual Pass.

Telephones and television remote controls with large buttons, as well as room keys with braille, are available on request.

The Disney Parks information points, as well as some Walt Disney Studios Park attractions, are equipped with induction loops. The attractions are: Studio Theater and Animagique Theater. For more information, please visit our website.

Some of our theatres offer performances with sign singing or sign language interpretation (French Sign Language only). For more information, please visit our website.

A Cast Member will show you where they are located on the attraction. In all other attractions, the sound content is not essential to your enjoyment. Some thrill attractions may cause dizziness, vertigo or loss of balance.

Other Notes
For safety reasons, to board our attractions, all the visitors must be accompanied by at least an able-bodied person at least 15 years of age who is able to help them. This is relevant to all visitors with:

- Reduced mobility or visual impairment (blind)
- Cognitive disabilities – including those on the Autism Spectrum *

*except for certain attractions where that person may accompany several people with disabilities.
Please note that some attractions may have low-light areas, flashing lights or loud sound effects. Companions should pay particular attention to all these factors when preparing for the stay.

If you are photosensitive and can have seizures caused by light, we recommend asking the advice of your doctor before visiting Disneyland Paris. There are many visual and lighting special effects on our site. The lighting special effects we mainly use are strobes and pulsating lights; however, we sometimes use the following:

Disco lighting (disco balls, flashing and swiveling spotlights, etc.) may be used in our attraction. Various effects may used in our attractions and shows (such as flashes of lightening or explosions). For more information, please visit our website.

Both Disney Parks and Disney Village have a First Aid Centre. All Cast Members in these Centres are qualified and equipped to administer first aid in the event of an emergency only. Our First Aid Centres are open 7 days a week. If you need to keep medication cold, you can leave it at these centres. No other medical equipment can be held by Disneyland Paris. For your safety, certain attractions require you to be in good health and are not recommended for Guests with high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions or disabilities that could be aggravated by the attraction.
