Access Card notes
To claim your Easy Access pass head to Guest Services on arrival and present your Nimbus Access card or Registration Confirmation email showing your 6-digit Registration Number. Please be aware that the easy access pass allows the pass holder and one other person to access this service. You must purchase an individual ticket online in advance, the Essential Companion ticket will be allocated on the day by showing either your Access Card or by producing your 6-Digit Registration number along with your First and Surname (this will need to be collected from any ticket kiosk before proceeding to the gate.
A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application. Access guidance
- Access Cards with the 'Standing & Queuing' symbol accepted as proof for an Easy Access Band. Up to 3 carers of the guest's party will be entitled to accompany the wearer of the Access Band onto a ride one of which needs to be a registered carer. A Carer Card will be issued alongside the Access Band allowing a maximum of 10 rides in any one day. Any guests who may have limitations onto our attractions are advised to email Guest Services before booking. This will enable us to provide further information about their visit. - Any guests wishing to ride both the Stormforce 10 and Shockwave attractions will need to be able to exit the vehicles whilst on an incline, this may involve a full body harness to be worn before making their way down the evacuation stairs. Please note, both attractions operate at a height. Please refer to our Safety Guidance for Guests with Missing Limbs. All guests with missing limbs should visit guest services for a confidential and personal review with a member of the rides' management team. Guests with missing limbs will be issued with tailored guidance on each individual attraction which will form their own personalised Easy Access Card.
- We have installed a brand-new Hoist Room. This brand-new room consists of a toilet, a wash hand basin, a shower, a hydraulic bed and a hoist. Please note: Customers are asked to bring your own sling.
