Standing and Queueing
We have seating in the foyers and all bars
Wheelchair Access
We have level access boxes in the stalls and level access rows in 3 out of the 4 levels. There are disabled lavatories on 4 out of 5 floors. All the bars are level access. The box office is level access.
Short Distances
We have a Front of House wheelchair that patrons may borrow to get themselves from the front door to their seat
Access To Toilets
Provided a patron lets us know that they may need to make an urgent exit to use the lavatory, they can be seated in a stalls box or on an aisle at the rear of all levels. Re-admittance before the interval is possible only in the stalls boxes, however. On other levels, it's at the discretion of the management on the night. The show can be watched on a latecomers screen until the interval if re-admittance is not possible.
Assistance Dogs
Front of House staff are happy to look after Assistance Dogs and are experienced in doing this. We do have a water bowl and can take the dog for a walk if required. Assistance Dogs are permitted in the auditorium with the patron provided they are on an aisle or in a box.
Essential Companions
A carer can attend at a similarly reduced price.
Accessing Visual Information
We offer the opera material in Large Print, Braille, on CD and as an Audio-link
Accessing Audible Information
One performance of each opera is sign-language interpreted. There is an audio-enhancement system that works in conjunction with a patron's hearing aids or via a headset that we supply free of charge.
