"Unlike many of the existing conventions or festivals in the UK which cater to a specific segment, such as sci-fi, comics, anime, faery, steampunk, gothic, medieval, pirates, larp and other groups, a Fantasy event is for all of the above and more. Based on some of the largest fantasy events in mainland Europe such as Castlefest and Elfia. Immerse yourself for a day or a whole weekend in another world. Be who you want to be. Dress up in your favorite costume and join us at the beautiful Sudeley Castle & Gardens for an experience you don't want to miss. Just imagine the picture opportunities of this location. On the festival terrain you will find fantasy related shows, entertainment, stages, competitions, lectures, workshops, traders and more. All throughout 2018 and the first 6 months of 2019 new content will be announced."

Access guidance
- All marquees are wheelchair accessible. The venue, including the campsite, is ground level and free of stairs. Some visitors may require assistance from their companions especially in the "Dream Field" which is a grassed area without fixed paths. The field is a bit uneven at places. Track mats will be in place to all the areas of interest and the ground is well drained. Only in severe wet weather conditions may wheelchairs be challenged to navigate the grass outside the mats.
- This is an ancient site. In the gardens and grounds there are uneven surfaces, steep water features, non-edible plants, low branches and slippery surfaces in wet weather. Please take care.
- Disabled toilets are available at each toilet block
- Assistant Dogs are welcome.
- Access Card holders with a '+1' on their card are entitled to take an essential companion with them free of charge.
