Standing and Queueing
If possible, we will let in immediately people who have difficulty with standing and queuing. If we are not able to let people in to the venue then we can hold a place in the queue and/or provide seating if we are able.
All of our concert venues are seated, stewards can assist finding suitable seats and/or wheelchair spaces.
The festival uses a variety of buildings around the centre of Oxford, due to the nature of the old buildings found in Oxford we may not be able to achieve level access throughout the festival. For information on individual venues please visit: http://folkweekendoxford.co.uk/access-info.html
Our venues are spread around Oxford, so there may be a fair walk between venues.
A map of our venues is available here: http://folkweekendoxford.co.uk/venue-map.html
There are drop-off points for cars and taxis outside all venues. For more information on parking please visit: http://folkweekendoxford.co.uk/access-info.html
Access To Toilets
Most of our venues have some form of accessible toilet, that should be free unless being used by someone who requires it. Information on individual venues can be found at: http://folkweekendoxford.co.uk/access-info.html
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require further arrangements.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all venues. We do ask that you bring with you some proof that your dog is registered with an organisation that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK.
If you would like to attend Folk Weekend but need to employ a carer or Personal Assistant to come with you then please get in touch to ask about free carer tickets. If this will make the difference to you being able to attend then we are more than happy to provide tickets for carers, but will have to ask you to provide evidence of your need for this. Please get in touch to discuss this with us.

Accessing Audible Information
Currently we do not have BSL interpretors or Audio Descriptions at our performances, though it's something we'd like to work towards in the future. If this is something you think you can help with please get in touch! We do have one performance at our 2017 festival which is Makaton-signed folk song.
