Overview

Forestry England annually host Forest Live concerts in seven beautiful forest locations across the country. With everything required for a great night out, our concerts are renowned for their informal and relaxed atmosphere set to a spectacular forest backdrop. Offering an inclusive music experience for our customers is very important to us. We are working closely with ‘Attitude is Everything’ who share our aim of inclusive live music for customers with a disability.

Access Card Notes

Forest Live have signed up to the Access Card scheme meaning that bookings are now available for access card holders with no need to submit further evidence. The access card can also be used as an easy way to get an accessible wristband on the night. This will give you access to the accessible toilets.

Standing and Queueing

Standing
An accessible viewing platform is available. It is intended for customers who are wheelchair users, or who have health conditions or other disabilities where they have to remain seated for long periods of time. Places on the platform cannot be guaranteed or reserved in advance. One personal assistant is welcome to accompany a customer using the viewing platform. As with the rest of the arena no seating is provided so please bring folding chairs with you.

The viewing platform is accessed by a ramp, assistance negotiating the slope is available from the steward at the viewing platform, please ask.

An accessible toilet is available next to the viewing platform. Please collect your accessible wristband to access the toilet from the steward on the viewing platform.

Accessible car parking is allocated nearest to the arena for customers with access needs. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. At some venues, accessible parking is limited and therefore only available to blue badge holders.

If you have difficulty queuing or standing for long periods, please ask a steward to access the arena via the accessible entrance.

Access To Toilets

Access To Toilets
Accessible toilets are provided next to the viewing platform. To access the accessible toilet, please collect an accessible wristband from the steward on the viewing platform. These wristbands are there to ensure that access to these toilets is provided to only those who need them.

Other accessible toilets may be available outside the arena, for example at the visitor centre or café. Please see venue specific information on website for full details.

Assistance dogs are welcome however higher levels of live music noise may frighten them.

Essential Companions

Essential Companions
Customers with an Access Card can purchase a ticket for themselves at standard price, plus booking fees and also receive a free personal assistant ticket. Customers should buy the number of standard full price tickets they require online and then contact the Box Office on 0300 068 0400 or email boxoffice@forestryengland.uk to arrange for the free personal assistant ticket to be added to the booking.

For anyone who does not have an Access Card, details of how to purchase free personal assistant tickets is available on the website or by contacting the Box Office.
