Access guidance
- Whilst we strive to make Hampton Court Palace accessible to all visitors, this historic building has many uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. We recommend that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchairs for comfort and ease. Due to the coronavirus, we are currently unable to provide wheelchairs and mobility scooters safely. We recommend visitors bring their own wheelchairs.
- Hampton Court Palace does not have a Changing Places Toilet
- All recognised guide, assistance or service dogs - including assistance dogs in training - are welcome inside the palace. Please make sure they are wearing their designated jacket or lead slip.
- Visitors are entitled to bring an accompanying carer free of charge. These complimentary adult carer tickets can only be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability.
- Induction loops can be found in the following locations: Ticket office, Business Reception, Retail points and Cafes. Switch your hearing aid to the 'T' setting to activate.
