Access Card accepted as proof of Access Requirements. Please arrive at our terminal at least 15 minutes before you intended departure time and make yourself known to our staff.
Access guidance
- Priority boarding is available upon request and there is HoverCare seating in terminals and on board the Hovercraft.
- There is a wheelchair accessible terminal and a ramp for boarding & disembarking of the Hovercraft. Counters are also accessible.
- There are accessible toilets.
- Large print timetables are available.
- Hearing loops have been installed.
- There is a safe haven/quiet zone waiting area and noise reduction aids, including ear defenders and ear plugs.
