We want everyone with learning disabilities to enjoy their life and achieve as much as they are able. We will provide services and support to enable people with learning disabilities to develop their potential for living full and independent lives. Our services and support will be provided with respect for each individual and their needs, valuing their strengths. People with learning disabilities will be part of the design, delivery and management of our services.
