- Jackfield Tile Museum is on many levels and several buildings, with a lift in the main museum building and Fusion. Parts of the museum are outdoors with cobbled yards
- Blue Badge parking is close to the entrance.
- There is an accessible toilet here.
- Assistance Dogs are welcome.
- Disabled visitors are given free admission to all of the Museums. Anyone accompanying pays the standard admission charge.
