Access guidance
- There are 7 mobility car parks available in the main car park and ramps to the main entry. Hoists are available for accessible entry to all pools. Please speak to our friendly lifeguards to use the hoists. The steam room and sauna are wheelchair accessible.
- There are public toilets available for use in the reception area.
- We allow assistance within the facility and there is a grassed area nearby for toileting.
- We offer free entry for Hāpai Access Card Holders who require a carer/essential companion to assist them.
