"Joe's Wigram is a friendly neighbourhood eatery in the heart of Wigram Skies in Christchurch. We're open every day from 7am for breakfast and espresso, with the kitchen open right through lunch and 'til late every night serving up dinner and drinks. We don't take bookings. Just come on in and say hi, we'll take care of the rest."

Access guidance
- We offer table service, so there is no need for customers to order at the counter and wait. The only time they would need to stand and queue is to pay and we have portable eftpos machines and can take a cash payment at the table.
- We have large double doors to allow the guest to enter the building. We can cater to all sized wheelchairs. There is ample wheelchair parking in the two carparks outside the restaurant. We have plenty of low seating to accomodate.The route to the toilets is clear and wide.
- There are multiple wheelchair parks in the carparks opposite the restaurant as well as carparks right outside the back door where taxis can park if they are available. There is a bus stop 100m from the restaurant.
- We have 4 toilets available within the restaurant. One of which is, wheelchair accessible. We are a 208m2 large restaurant, so the toilets are close by if they are needed urgently.
- We can absolutely cater to assistance dogs. We have both indoor and outdoor spaces and we offer dog bowls for our furry friends.
- There is no requirement for the carer or companion to eat if they do not wish to.
- At this stage we do not have an audio file for our menu however, we can look at implementing this. We will however, endeavour to take the time to sit down and read though the menu with our guests if they have trouble reading it.
- We are aware of the NZ Relay service and we are happy to use this. We will slow down our speech and write things down where required. We will talk with the guest to ensure they are comfortable and feel understood and respected.
- We will ask "I see that you have the 'other needs icon' on your card, what can I do to assist you in having a great time at our restaurant?"
