Overview
Knebworth House is famous worldwide for its rock concerts and as the home of Victorian novelist Edward Bulwer Lytton. Knebworth Park offers a great day out for all the family, with fun activities for children and lots to do for all ages, including Adventure Playground, Dinosaur Trail, a walk through history in Knebworth House and Gardens and special events throughout the summer. Our Tea Room offers a delicious selection of home-made and locally sourced lunch and teatime treats. Knebworth Barns are open year round for corporate hospitality, weddings and events. Knebworth House, Park, Gardens, Dinosaur Trail & Adventure Playground are open from Saturday 25th March until Sunday 24th September 2017 on weekends and during school holidays.Access Card Notes

Wheelchair Access
As an historic building, the House regrettably has no lift to the first floor. However, Knebworth’s history can be conveyed to visitors with impaired mobility on the ground floor.
Short Distances
Wheelchair is available for use from the Gift Shop. Unfortunately, the wheelchair cannot be reserved.
Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf are permitted throughout the House, Gardens and Park.
Essential Companions
Knebworth House and Park operates the standard admission policy that any paying visitor with a disability requiring an essential companion can be accompanied by one essential companion free of charge – providing that they can present one of the following pieces of evidence on arrival at the ticket kiosks.
