Standing and Queueing

Standing
We understand that certain guests require additional assistance in order to be able to fully enjoy their visit. The Queue Assist Scheme is designed to allow eligible guests to access Rockin Rhino, the Jungle Cruise and the Longleat Railway with greater ease. Though the scheme will not reduce the waiting time for these attractions, it enables eligible guests to forgo waiting in the queue line and to access the ride via alternative means at a designated time (subject to availability). For more information, please visit our website.

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access
Access to some of our attractions is “historic” and may be via cobbled pathways, steps or steep ramps.

Access to Longleat House for visitors with limited mobility and for wheelchair users is via the rear of Longleat House. Please ask a member of staff if you would like to use the lift, which provides access to all floors.

On the advice of the fire service, only two wheelchair users are allowed on any floor; so we can accommodate four wheelchairs in the House at a time.

Longleat House, Jungle Cruise, Jungle Express and the Hedge Maze are not accessible to pushchairs. Pushchairs can be left at the relevant pushchair park for the duration of your visit to that attraction. Pushchairs are left at your discretion and Longleat accepts no liability for loss or damage to any pushchair left unattended.

Manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to hire. For more information, please visit our website.

For more information on the venue's individual accessible facilities, please visit our website.
