Audio guides are available free of charge for the visually impaired. Rods with end caps are also authorized in these same spaces. The museum offers tactile and descriptive tours on the theme of the portrait. For individual visitors, a set of tactile boards on the theme of the portrait is available at the museum reception. The Musée de l'Orangerie, in partnership with CRTH (Center Recherche Théâtre Handicap), allows visually impaired and blind visitors to discover its collections and exhibitions thanks to Souffleurs d'Images . The principle is simple: art students or artists accompany you by providing you with the information you need to allow you to access the works presented.

Magnetic loops are installed at various points in the museum for hearing impaired visitors: the Information counter, the cloakroom, the cash desks, the audio guide counter, the café, the bookstore-shop, the auditorium and the educational room.

Group tours with speakers of lip reading can be arranged, by reservation only.

There is French sign language - interpreted visit of the permanent collection on 13th June 2020 at 10:30am.
