Access guidance
- To book a wheelchair accessible performance, select the 'Wheelchair Friendly' option. To book a wheelchair space, select the 'Wheelchair Accessible' option and select the number of seats you'd like to book.
- Please let a member of staff know if you will be accompanied by an assistance dog.
- An Access Card holder has successfully used their access card to gain an essential companion ticket however we cannot guarantee this. Always call the venue ahead of time to check that they will Accept the Access Card.
- Audio - Described performances are available at the cinema and headsets can be provided for this. In addition, where a film is showing in 3D, a 2D version of the film will be available at some time during the day.
- Captioned performances are available at the cinema and can be found under the 'Subtitled filter'. Infra Red headsets are available to improve your hearing of the film soundtrack. Please enquire at the cinema Box Office if you require one of these headsets. In addition, hearing loops are available at some of our Box Office and food and drink counters – just look for the hearing loop symbol.
- If you don't require a wheelchair space but do require someone to facilitate your visit to the cinema, please check our "Guests requiring assistance" section on the website to see how you can get a free ticket for your companion. In addition, Autism Friendly Screenings will be shown on one Sunday morning each month. These performances have subtle changes to the cinema environment. Changes include: • The lights being kept on at a low level • Lower than usual sound levels • No trailers or advertisements - just the film • Allowance for increased levels of movement and noise For more information, select the 'Autism Friendly Screenings' option when booking tickets.
