Access guidance
- Hoists are available for accessible entry to the lane pool, teach pool and spa pool. Please speak to our friendly lifeguards to use the hoists. The leisure pool has an entry ramp. The steam room and sauna are wheelchair accessible. There is a lift to access the Southern Centre and Group Fitness studios located upstairs. There are 7 mobility carparks available.
- There are public toilets available for use on the ground floor in the reception area.
- Pioneer allows assistance dogs within the facility and there are multiple grassed areas around for toileting and a water bowl located at the main entrance.
- We offer free entry to any Hāpai Access card holder who requires a carer/essential companion to assist them.
