Access guidance
- We have separate disabled access and staff on hand at all times to help.
- No limitations with easy access, accessible toilet and shower facilities and a lift to travel between floors.
- Everything is close with lots of seating available if required
- We have an accessible toilet and shower facilities
- We can provide a water bowl on request and there are areas nearby for toileting
- Carers are welcome, all we ask is for some paperwork to be completed first
- There isn't a requirement for visual information, but staff are always on hand to help when required
- Similar to visual - any support required would be provided by staff
