We specialise in care for older people with medication and dementia care services that are second to none. The Derby, Ashbourne & South Derbyshire office was established in 2019 by husband and wife team, Jon and Sam Adie, who together, wanted to establish a high-quality caring service for older people living at home. Radfield Home Care prides itself on being a very responsive service offering companionship, care and wellbeing services, enriching lives and enabling independence at home. We use the latest technology solutions to feed information straight back to the office and to family members, so any issues can be dealt with immediately. We invest heavily in supporting, supervising and training our staff so that our clients and their relatives can rest assured that our carers will provide the support they need in a professional and respectful manner. We ensure that our carers stay the full amount of time with you, so their travel time is not taken out of your visit time."

Our founders, Hannah and Alex, had the rich experience of being raised in a care home amongst the older residents and therefore understand the needs of clients and the care industry better than anyone. Hannah is a qualified GP and has a lifetime's experience of caring for older people. Radfield Home Care was established in continuation of the family care home business and family remains at the core of our values and culture. We are responsive to all feedback and problems. As soon as we become aware of an issue, we deal with it to find a solution. We use the latest technology solutions so that your well-being can be monitored in real-time by the office and family members, anywhere around the world. You are always in control of your care. Our clients' wishes are paramount and we provide the care that you wish to receive. Radfield is the first UK health care business to have achieved B Corp certification status. Our Caring for Carers pledge, means that Radfield stands out in our approach to ensuring our carers are well looked after, so that in turn they take care of clients in the best way possible. Carers spend the full amount of time with you. Their travelling time is not taken out of your care visit.
Access guidance
- Our office is wheelchair friendly with disable parking, access buttons to open doors, wide corridors and doors, a lift and disabled toilets.
- We provide care in your own home so distances aren't a problem but if you wish to get out and about we can certainly support you with that. Our carers are all insured to take clients out in their cars.
- Disable toilets on all floors of the building, which are always open
- We have a grass area out the front of the building.
- Having a carer accompany you on outings can take the worry away as our carers provide not only transport, but also company, assistance, support and peace of mind.
