The 4 Joint Service Centres in Nottingham City offer a range of health, housing and City Council Services in the same place. We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service to all our visitors and customers and we are happy to show anyone around who would like to come and see our facility or to resolve any potential issues or concerns they may have in advance of their visits

All of our Joint Service Centres are accredited and are recognised as being an accessible venue for disabled people by CredAbility.
Access guidance
- There are ample waiting facilities with a variety of different types of seating. If you have any issues with queuing please make your needs known to a member of staff who can support you accordingly
- There are two areas of accessible car parking at each entrace to the centre - aloowing for a total of 21 reserved accessible spaces for blue badge holders

- All toilets are wheelchair accessible.
- Assistance Dogs are welcomed throughout
