Access guidance
- Town Hall is accessible to wheelchair users, and there are various positions where you can sit. If you need to borrow a wheelchair to transfer from the main entrance to your seat, please ask a member of staff when you arrive. For more information, please visit our website. In Town Hall there are stairs when you enter the Circle, and you need to descend these for all rows except A. If you need flat access to your seat please ask when booking.
- Town Hall has 3 disabled parking bays next to the building which can be reserved at the time of booking on 0121 780 4949.
- Accessible toilets are available on all levels at Town Hall.
- Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are very welcome.
- If you need the assistance of a companion to attend an event, you're entitled to a free companion ticket as part of our Access Scheme. To be eligible for free Assisting Companion tickets, please join our Access Scheme by completing the appropriate form, which can be found on our website.
- Where possible and applicable, we try to work with visiting artists and promoters to have BSL interpreted performances of shows with our interpreter Clare Edwards. Where BSL interpreted performances or pre-concert talks are available, they will be listed on individual show pages. Town Hall is equipped with an induction hearing loop. You will need to switch your hearing aid to the T position to make use of this system.
