- We have seating available while you wait to get ready for your blokart experience and watch our safety demonstration and course briefing.
- You are welcome to take your vehicle right to our reception point or park at our gate and come in your wheelchair. Just let us know what will be easier as some customers with tail lift vans come on site to disembark. We need to manage any vehicle access into our site as a potential hazard.
- Our blokart instructional video has key text instructions included in addition to audio and video information. We don't have a sign interpreter available but if a companion is able to sign we provide our safety demonstration in person at an appropriate pace rather than use the video. We use hand signals as a standard part of our everyday operation whilst supervising sessions.
- We have a Christchurch City Council public toilet facility with both a disabled carpart and wheelchair access approximately 100m away. It is best to use this facility on your way in before your session where possible otherwise we'd recommend driving to it.
- Essential companions are welcome to accompany customers on our 2 person blokarts for no additional fee.
